Expert Cosmetic Dermatology Consultations With Our Doctors
Cosmetic dermatology consultations include discussions about the various elective cosmetic (not covered by insurance) anti-aging procedures, and skin care products offered, and are free of charge. These procedures include: Botox, various injectable fillers, chemical peels, laser and other device-based anti-aging procedures. After meeting with Drs. Balle or Lipinski, who are board certified dermatologists and an expert injectors, a customized treatment plan will be developed by our Cosmetic Coordinator to achieve desired results according to your needs.
Please note: All medical dermatologic evaluation of skin lesions or medical advice and/or prescriptions for skin conditions are considered office visits, billable to insurance or directly to the patient. Prices for medical evaluations vary.
Appointments
Cosmetic procedures by our doctors are administered every Wednesday and Fridays by appointment only. Dr. Balle performs all dermal filler treatments. Appointments fill up quickly, therefore scheduling in advance is recommended. Cosmetic consultations are not scheduled on treatment days.
Monet Neil, L.M.E.
Monet Neil joined Grosse Pointe Dermatology and Cosmetic Center in November 2013 as Cosmetic Coordinator. In her primary role Monet serves as our patient concierge, helping them pinpoint their individual aesthetic concerns and developing customized solutions to look and feel their best. She performs all non-injectable cosmetic procedures such as chemical peels, Rejuvapen microneedling and Ultherapy for skin rejuvenation. She is committed to ensuring that each patient visiting our office leaves feeling great about their overall experience and the treatment they receive. She also manages the sales of retail product offerings as well as social media and print marketing for the office.
Monet has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in Physiology and completed her aesthetics training at Douglas J Aveda Institute. Her experience includes 17 years as a licensed esthetician and trainer in sales and marketing in the cosmetic beauty and medical spa industry.
