Full payment for all cosmetic procedures must be rendered at the time of service.
We accept the following:
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DEBIT CARDS, CHECKS,
CASH and APPLE PAY.
We also accept payment from third-party financing through CARE CREDIT which will allow patients to make interest-free payments for up to 24 months (depending upon credit approval status). See www.CareCredit.com for more information and to apply online.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to your appointment, you will receive a courtesy text reminder giving you the option to reply, confirm or to cancel your appointment. Or you may call us directly at (313) 886-2600 and choose option “1” to speak with a staff member.
No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy
We understand that there are times when you are unable to make it to an appointment due to emergencies, family or work obligations. When this occurs, please be sure to contact us at (313) 886-2600 as soon as possible to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.
You must notify us by 12:00pm, (1) business day in advance of the scheduled appointment date with any changes. In the event our office is not notified, a fee will be assessed (see below).
No-Show/Late Cancellation Fees
No-Show/Late Cancellation fees will be billed to your account. All outstanding balances are due prior to your next appointment. No Exceptions.
A No-Show is a missed appointment without notification to our office in advance.
A Late Cancellation is if a patient does not cancel a scheduled appointment by 12:00pm, one (1) business day prior to appointment date.
Medical no show for an appointment will result in a non-refundable fee of $50.
Botox/Dysport/Daxxify no-show/late cancellation appointment will result in a non-refundable fee of $50.
Injectable filler no-show/late cancellation appointment will result in a non-refundable fee of $100.
If you miss 2 cosmetic appointments without advance notice given, you will not be scheduled on Cosmetic Days (Wed or Fri) going forward. Appointments for injectables are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another patient the opportunity to be seen as soon as possible.
